Automatic feeding machine #3000 has a mechanical layer gripping system that is suitable for feeding short workpieces from 380 – 2500 mm. Their feeding capacity is up to five layers of uniform lengths and different widths per minute.
The layer gripping system is equipped with rubber profiles that pick up the layers by gripping both ends of the workpiece. This ensures safe handling and lifting of all layers directly from the package of workpieces.
Thanks to its modular design, the automatic feeding machine #3000 destacker is suspended from a gantry so that the layers can be destacked directly from packages standing on the floor without having to stop the production of the main machine.
